Ocellus Lucanus

Ocellus Lucanus was a Neoplatonist philosopher who wrote On the Nature of the Universe.  An important part of his world view was the idea that all things have neither a beginning nor an end—in his words, “Anarchon ara kai atelutaion to pan.”
